BOAT CHARTER
We offer special group charters for full boat or half boat boat bookings, with the option of having only one dive operator for full boat charters or two operators for two half charters. our vessel is moored at port as permitted by the appropriate authorities for various destinations, ensuring a safe and enjoyable diving experience for all the guests.
BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
To secure your reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 30% is required. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 45 days prior to the scheduled departure date.
In the event of cancellation, no refund will be issued. However, we offer a flexible rescheduling option based on availability, valid for up to 2 years from the original cancellation date. This policy ensures that you can plan your trip with peace of mind and flexibility. (Terms & Conditions apply).
RESCHEDULING CONDITIONS
1. 90 days prior to departure
• Flexible changes are allowed, subject to availability.
2. 45 days prior to departure – Final Payment Due
• Flexible changes are allowed with a 30% penalty on the total booking (30% non-refundable).
• The remaining 70% may be carried forward to the next trip, subject to availability.
3. 30 days prior to departure
• 100% penalty applies (100% non-refundable).
• Dates may be moved, but all previous payments are forfeited, except under force majeure circumstances as stated in the Terms & Conditions.

DIVING AND TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel Insurance
Seamore Papua highly recommends that all passengers obtain comprehensive travel insurance coverage before embarking on the cruise journey for their peace of mind and protection.
Diving Insurance
Seamore Papua advises all passengers to have diving insurance for their safety and peace of mind. For those who do not have it, we strongly encourage obtaining diving insurance before participating in any diving activities
DIVING REQUIREMENTS
Guest joining our diving trips must possess certification from recognized scuba diving agencies like SSI, CMAS, NAUI, PSI, PADI, or equivalent. Certified divers are responsible for adhering to Seamore Papua’s guidelines, instructor instructions, and certification agency regulations. Failure to comply with instructions, present certification documents, or logbook may result in limitations or disqualification from diving activities.
Divers acknowledge the need to be technically proficient, physically fit, and accept the associated risks. If deemed unfit or unqualified for a dive, including challenging conditions like strong currents, Dive Guides, or Cruise Director reserve the right to deny access to dives. In such cases, hiring a private dive master may be required for safety, at a fee of 800k Rp/day/diver.
All divers must present:
• A valid certification card appropriate for the dives being undertaken.
• A logbook showing recent and relevant dive experience.
• Their own dive computer and safety gear (including SMB, torch, and signaling device). Use of a dive computer is strictly mandatory.
TERM AND CONDITION
Force Majeure Events and Unforeseeable Acts
‘Force majeure’ refers to any circumstances beyond the control of Seamore Papua, the Crew, or the passengers, including but not limited to strikes, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, war, governmental regulations, or major mechanical failures. These events are unforeseeable and may impact the cruise operations.
Trip Cancellation by Seamore Papua
Seamore Papua holds the authority to cancel trips and will promptly notify you. In such circumstances, rescheduling will be the only available option. More information on rescheduling will be communicated accordingly.
Injury, Illness, Death, and Property Damage
Seamore Papua disclaims liability and does not provide compensation for injuries, fatalities, or damage to passengers or their belongings unless directly caused by our staff. Should a medical issue arise during the voyage, leading to evacuation, aircraft use, or repatriation costs, passengers are solely responsible for covering these expenses.
General and Additional Conditions
Itineraries may be adjusted based on sea and weather conditions, sea anchorage availability, government directives, and other variables. Seamore Papua is not liable for any circumstances, including failures, delays, or irregularities during a trip where transportation or services are provided by passengers, owners, operators, or public carriers on behalf of Seamore Papua.
Seamore Papua takes no responsibility for the actions or omissions of any guest under your reservation. Seamore Papua is not liable for any incidents that occur outside the vessel. We cannot be held accountable under any circumstances where the fault lies with you, any member of your group, a third party, or an event that could not have been reasonably foreseen or prevented.
Legal matters against Seamore Papua will be handled by the Denpasar City Court. Crew members bear no responsibility for children on board; guests are accountable for their children’s behavior and amusement.
Price Adjustment Policy
Seamore Papua retains the right to adjust prices in the event of significant changes in Indonesia’s economic conditions, such as substantial increases in fuel costs, taxes, currency fluctuations, and other relevant factors.
